From subject to setting

A photograph with a purpose.

A portrait can hold an expression; a product image can make a material easier to understand. The approach follows that purpose, with framing, setting and finishing discussed around the final placement.

Fashion & portraits

Images centred on expression, clothing and the person wearing it. Share the mood, styling and references so the direction connects individual portraits with a wider editorial or brand story.

Products & materials

Show shape, surface and the details that explain an object. Plan overall views alongside useful close-ups, considering packaging, product variants and the features that need to stay visible.

Automotive details

A closer study of automotive subjects: surfaces, lines and individual details. Identify what matters to the brief and discuss the setting, access and reflections before choosing the photographs to make.

FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER

A clear way
to work together.

Based in Dubai, working across the UAE. The scope, dates and deliverables are agreed for your project.

  1. Define the destination

Start with the audience, intended usage and placements. Website images, campaign layouts and social crops need different compositions; share dimensions and any space required for text.

  2. Prepare the shoot

Agree a shot list, location and access arrangements, including who handles permissions. Confirm who supplies products, wardrobe and talent, and flag practical constraints before scheduling.

  3. Select and finish

Agree image selection, retouching scope and delivery formats. Identify distractions to remove and personal or product details to preserve, then consolidate feedback against clearly named files.

A USEFUL STARTING POINT

Bring us your brief.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few practical
questions.

Can one shoot cover several image placements?

Yes. List the placements before the shoot so the shot plan allows for each crop, including space for type where a layout needs it.

How much retouching is included?

Retouching is agreed with the brief. Explain what should change and what should remain, including skin texture, product features or colour details that matter to the subject.

Can photography and video share a project?

Yes. Specify the still images and film separately so the framing, shot plan and schedule give each output the attention it needs.
