Behind ERSHAM STUDIO.
I’m Erfan Shamseddini, founder of ERSHAM STUDIO, based in Dubai. I began taking photographs on my phone in 2018, pursued photography seriously from 2019, and started working with a camera in 2020. University photography competitions encouraged me to continue, alongside a degree in software engineering.
Fashion and modelling photography became my starting point. After moving to Dubai in 2024, video became a growing part of my work. ERSHAM has been my creative name since 2020; I began developing ERSHAM STUDIO further in Dubai in 2025.
The brand’s visual identity draws on Persian carpet geometry and my connection to Iran, its patterns and its history.
